Each arc has a Single person aside from Straw hats that story focouses on. Dressrossa Arc was more focoused on Doffy than Rebbeca. Fishman island arc was Focoused more on Jimbei and It was Vivi during Alabasta Arc who had the Spot light. So that's why I prefer her over the other Princesses.

Spotlight on Vivi! why don't you understand a simple logic, it was because the series was just getting its run and saving kingdom was the aim with very less characters and at most 50 episodes for alabasta arc and btw rebeca had a whole lot of time too and during her and Shirahoshi's time charaters were bloating, during dressrosa SH's Grand fleet was even being formed and too many characters to get screebtime including Doflamingo family and Cora san, how can you simply neglect all these points.
if vivi was in their timeline she would get even less time bruh. the diff is clear as day.

Btw That whale is laboon and not some no name imp charater/people who dies and no impact to the story whatsoever. mariford war both navy and pirates lost many lives so what, it simply of no imporartance aside ace and WB whereas laboon's life will impact the story. This is fictional not irl. If every people or citizen lives were given imporatance like laboon, ace, and so on then there is no end to the story.

I know that Laboon is important but saying that her life is more important than Thousands innocent people is kind of a stretch. I know that those people were nameless characters but still. She is not Chopper. What impact will it have on the story if laboon dies in the Next chapter. Straw hats would cry for a minute and then they'll move on the next adventure. It's the same thing that happened with merry. And Merry had a Bigger impact than laboon ever will. In the end they are not as Impactful on the story as a Human character.

On the basis of what they have done for Strawhats, truly deserving one are Franky, Ivankov and Jimbei. Well Franky and Jimbei are already included and Ivankov belong to Revolutionary group. Other deserving ones are Bartolomeo, Carrot🥹, Pedro☠️, Bon clay...( I can't remember other names)
